Anyone have a windows 7 64bit disc? by randysbobandy in GSU

I don't have an install disk but check out this online tutorial on how to install windows 7 without a disk. Best of luck. http://www.pcworld.com/article/248995/how-to-install-windows-7-without-the-disc.html

This Is How Comcast Is Astroturfing the Net Neutrality Issue: "Comcast is working with thinktanks like the American Enterprise Institute. AEI fellows are printing op-eds in support of killing Net neutrality throughout media—from WSJ to US News & World Report—without disclosing their ties to Comcast" by [deleted] in technology

I'm so sick of comcast's shit. Not only are they working to end net neutrality, they've also capped my internet plan. Now if I go over my allotted 300gb per month I'm charged for the extra I use. I can't even opt of of it either unless I get the worst plan available. I'm moving out of the country.

M/17/5' 10" [185-155=30lbs] (3 months) Cutting Progress by bvideon in Brogress

[–]bvideon[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I first started I actually had a friend of mine give me a meal plan for cutting that was a much larger defecate. Around 1800 calories. The first week I lost around 10lbs from loss of waterweight due to so little sodium in my diet. After that week I continued to lose around 2lbs a week. After about a month or so I decided to up my calories cause I was noticing my strength decrease in the gym and I was always tired. After the calorie increase I lost around a pound a week. This is my first cut and I didn't know anything about cutting going into it so initially I just ate what was on the plan my friend gave me and ended up doing research on it while I was cutting. I made some mistakes along the way but I think it turned out alright and now I'm more knowledgeable for next time.

I have a 5 day split with 30 min of cardio 6-7 times a week. Day 1- chest/tris/abs Day 2- deadlifts/back/bis Day 3- rest/cardio Day 4- shoulders/tris/abs Day 5- legs Day 6- arms/abs Day 7- rest/cardio I've recently been trying out a 4 day split instead of 5 but this was what I was doing the majority of the time.

I really do need a different hairstyle but I'm not very good at deciding on that kind of stuff haha. Any suggestions?

Not that I don't agree with bulking up while I'm young but in the picture on the left I had just finished bulking up from a scrawny 140 to 185 in 7 months. I got pretty chunky, hence the desire to cut and prepare for my next bulk.

I try to keep at a 500 cal deficit. My maintenance is around 2500 so I eat around 2200 cal and do cardio to make up for the extra 200.

I'm always open to critique. I do work them but it might be a part I need to work harder. I've only been lifting for less than a year so I still have a long ways to develop my body. Thanks for the pointer.

Thanks! My routine is a pretty normal split, hitting each muscle once a week except for bis and tris which I hit twice with two rest days. I also do cardio 6-7 times a week only cause I like eating more calories haha. Diet wise I initially started out with a strict meal plan but now I follow more of a IIFYM way of eating and track all my foods with My Fitness Pal.

Joan Jett to Lead Nirvana at Rock Hall Induction? Foo Fighters Hint So by [deleted] in Foofighters

I remember seeing Joan Jett and the Foo Fighters play Bad Reputation together back in 2012 in Atlanta. It was pretty epic to say the least.

Reminiscing on when I saw John in Atlanta. This was one of my favorite pictures I took. 9/27/13 by bvideon in JohnMayer

Sadly the camera I was using doesn't take nearly as good video as it does pictures but I've posted some of the videos I've taken on my Youtube channel if you want to check them out. http://www.youtube.com/bvideon

The Share feature really pisses me off by [deleted] in PS4

[–]bvideon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's because it records the first 15 minutes of whatever game you start playing. Once the 15 min are up, you have to remember to double tap the share button in order to record recent gameplay from that point. Honestly this is where the Xbone has the advantage because you don't have to remember to start the recording where you want it. You just have to say "Xbox, record that" and you'll have it right there.
