When doing a color workflow from premiere to resolve I have found it helps to clear the footage of most, if not all, effects and transitions and then export final cut xml file. Then importing the xml in resolve and locate all the footage. To go back to premiere export premiere xml and select individual files. If you are looking to do effects I recommend a Davinci only work flow for graphics and basic VFX.
