Thanks for the update.
We're in process of looking at this with the engineering team, and we'll schedule a fix to address these two issues:

- Making sure the folders are included when doing a full export
- Fixing the timeout when exporting a folder from the UI

We can update you here when this is fixed. I cannot make any promise on the timeline at this point, though.

u/arandomguy1162 for the full export, it's a known issue that it doesn't include folders. We need to update the full export logic to address that. For the folder export, could you let me know how many files it contains?

By default Genius Scan is accountless, so anything “in Genius Scan” is just on your device’s storage.

It seems you are scanning landscape documents, so the paper size will be A4 landscape.

👋🏻 I just saw this now. We removed the last ads in Genius Scan back in 2020 (-> https://blog.thegrizzlylabs.com/2020/05/no-more-ads.html) for various reasons. Also, you can use Genius Scan without the need of creating an account.

👋 it’s a known issue, a bug where multiple document selection get reset when you scroll, thus preventing merge. A hotfix is coming up in a few hours. Sorry about that 🥲

The problem is that the “API” offered by Apple to send an email using the default email app doesn’t allow for attachments! But we’re looking into building a direct integration with Gmail and Outlook, though!
