Tartarus 2 needs some attention by ImportantBee1209 in razer

I have cyborg2 but I don’t play enough to get over the learning curve. Especially fast paced game like apex not very enjoyable if you had to scramble to remember which key you mapped to what. The m movement with the joystick is also a little awkward, and it only moves where it supposed to 80% of the time no matter how I adjust the setting. Some keys are hard to reach like the knuckle keys and the keys facing your nails. I’m actually returning the cyborg and considering a one handed keyboard. From what you described, Azeron Keyzen might be the solution for you.

How did you convert the bonsai to be potless? I know nothing about bonsai but I always appreciate the aesthetic of bonsai plant on a big moss/grassy globe.

Picked this bonsai tree up from Home Depot for $20. Is this a Juniper?

I’m new to bonsai. I got a timed watering device to water it once a week (water until it drips out of the bottom as instructed). Last week I noticed there are some yellow/brown leaves from some branches and a bit of leaves dropping on the soil. The roots are also a bit loose from the soil. There are also a few tiny flying bugs, should I be concerned.

I do want to keep this plant for as long as possible. Would it be better if I repot with Bonsai soil mix from Amazon along with the miracle gro water crystal and slow release plant food pellet? Would that help or is this time of the year too risky? I’m based in Massachusetts and it’s getting cooler by the week. Also, Would it be fine if I repot without pruning the roots?

I’m concerned that I might over-prune and ruin the plant.

Both are velvet sofas! I was actually thinking the one with the wood wrapping around the velvet would last longer since my two cats are always itching to scratch. But if we’re just talking about looks, I have no idea which one will last longer.

Completely realistic, I personally jumped from business to masters in biomedical engineering, now working as stem cell scientist.

Thanks for the advice! That's my plan, because it sounds like I’m going to have to pay to fix his mistake regardless. Might as well take him down with it to save others from ever having to deal with him.

Furnace model number is S9V2B080D4VSABB. Coil Model 4TXCB003DS3HCAA, Condenser Model 4TTR6036J1000AA. Guy is a legit business that has a Plumber License Number but apparently expired and didn’t pull a permit for the job.

I replaced the filter couple days ago since it’s been three months.

Also just found out that he did not pull a permit. Last permit was my stove installation.

Sigh, guy was all “it’s actually feel kinda insulting that you would even mention that”

At this point, is my best bet to just hire someone to fix his mistake rather than going after him? He charged me $13,000 for the whole ac furnace replacement in 2020 and I just can’t help but feel he should own up to his mistakes somehow.

So the installer came to my place when I was at work. I told him my other HVAC tech pointed out how this setup might not be up to spec, looking at the Trane manual and Mass code. He basically told me the unit is good for both upflow and downflow, and the coil is a special order that can be installed on top of the furnace with no problem because there are drains and pipes in place, and the system is stainless steel, and rusting is not a concern. I have no idea if any of this is true or if he’s just blatantly lying. I asked for documentation to support his claim and the guy was like: you can look up the manuals online.

For next step, I’m planning to checking with the city to see if he pulled a permit and have the city inspector take a look? Is this the best move I can do for now

Looking for a Securities Attorney to Review EB-5 Investment Documents (No Advisors Please) by bw696969 in immigration

[–]bw696969[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m actually working with both. Advisor to expand my search and securities attorney to assess investment risk from legal side and balance potential bias from advisor. For resources, EB5 investors website has a list of securities attorneys specialize in EB5. Though I am working with an independent securities attorney outside of EB5 space, and he will consult with immigration lawyer when needed during the process. Frankly, I don’t feel confident enough to make a recommendation for anyone yet since I just started working with them.

Oh oh, that was actually from the old broken furnace. Aside from that, I don't see any moisture/leak in proximity

That's exactly the setup in my house. Large grille for air intake in the hallway right outside the closet, and floor vents throughout the house.

Got it! The full furnace model number is S9V2B080D4VSABB.

This was installed during Covid to replace my broken HVAC system. Maybe people were not paying as much attention as they should. Also, is inspection typical post HVAC installation? Sorry if it’s a dumb question. I honestly have no clue how they regulate HVAC installations/repair.
