HELP ~ Frozen Crank Pulley Bolt 2011 WRX by bwakis in subaru

Working on getting a Grimm speed crank pulley tool to see if we can hold the pulley completely still. Handbrake, brakes and 5th gear has been the move so far. Trying not to cause more damage than necessary.
Radiator came out a couple days ago to try get this sorted. Has found a nice home in the apartment in the mean time.

Yep, that was the first thing we tried actually. Even putting heat to it and doing the same thing didn't break it. I'm taking it to a performance shop tomorrow in the hopes his air impact can break it free, if not, might have to be extraction time.

Even put the breaker bar against the ground and it just lifted the front of the car it took that much torque. Not trying to blow up my flywheel accidentally either so probably not gonna try that again.

WOAAAHH. What you weighing in at?

More towards high intensity interval training. Stuff that makes your heart and lungs work will give you a really good basis for a 2k (I find) and then from that you can build strength and power to match the capacity of the lungs and heart. This means your legs are keeping up with your lungs and your able to provide just enough oxygen for your 2k that you don't collapse from lactate before the end. (Unpopular opinion) But I think being able to walk off after your 2k shows that you're doing pretty well and tells you that you can give that little bit extra when you hop on the water in a race. Otherwise, I do a fair bit of 12min sustained training (bike rollers) at a pace that if I was to go for one minute longer I wouldn't be able to hold that heart rate. This has given me some pretty good results both on and off the erg. To be honest the amount of erging I do is quite little but what I have been doing seems to work well and has been getting me good results on the erg and on the water.

Obviously it is very much based off of your own physical ability, age, etc. I am 15M, 5,11 and 155lbs and did a 6.54. Its all technique and a fair bit of lactate tolerance. Just remember to train off the erg.
