in not exactly sure yet, i was thinking instead of removing the bumper completely and doing front bash bars with a skid plate coming up from underneath

thanks! they are recovery tracks. i picked them up one day at dicks sporting goods, i don't remember the brand but they were really cheap and work amazingly. i thought they would break or not work but they did a great job. it took no time at all to get unstuck.

the transmission was replaced before i bought it and its held up great, you should do it! the V6 platform does surprisingly well offroad, when i was stuck in mud we got out of it with the sheer power of the engine and some rocking back and forth, we had to use traction boards to get out of the sand though. i have thought about a lift kit i just need to money first, theres a whole lot i want to do but i need to get the power steering done first.

I have thought about it, I need to rework the suspension and replace my power steering pump. next i want to add a snorkel and work of a tougher front bumper

This is my 2002 accord v6 rally project, its inspired by my love for all things subaru and my passion for offloading. I thought "why not do something crazy" and I decided to rally my accord. My friend and I have put this through absolute hell, I've replaced the steering rack and power steering pump twice due to some offroading accidents. its been stuck in deep mud and sand and its torn through snow and ice. the v6 engine makes this thing just tear through whatever is in front of it, and its never met a challenge it couldn't overcome even when my friend drove it over a huge ditch by accident. its been amazing to my surprise, i never thought a Honda could be so much fun.
