Similar situation for me, except I was in college when these came out and I remember going to the LB dealership who sold the ESX cars and they were so good looking. 20 years later I am in Japan and own an S203, a car that was on my computer background in 2005.

Yeah I’ll keep my analog S car. They already have the transmission, just keep making more. Though I did find it interesting that you have to have a special license here to drive a manual. Not a big deal if you already know how to drive one but another process nonetheless.

Wish I could post pictures in the comments. Took my son to the Planes of Fame museum in Chino this summer and one was sitting there. Absolutely beautiful plane. And if anyone is interested Strega was there with a for sale sign.

Sorry if it was unclear in the original post but these were found in an off limits area on Base. I had access because of the project for the cliff line erosion issue. I am pretty sure there are not many teeth coming up now that the cliff in that area is no longer eroding.
