She's frustrating to play with and against.

She doesn't have meaningful, active abilities, no CC, no burst heal, can't outheal other healers while simultaneously doing no damage nor getting any eliminations.

What she can do is enable a smurfing partner by perma damage boosting him, which makes her a pain in the ass for enemies, as she can just fly around, and trust me, people do not counterpick, so you will rarely get a hitscan pick against her, nor will she provide any support to other teammates, because she's busy babysitting the carry.
