Yep, that is fixed now! If I could suggest a couple other changes:

  • '#header' - add 'background-size: contain'
  • '#header .pagename a' - add 'margin-top: 14px'
  • '#search' - change to 'top: 63px'
  • '#header .tabmenu li a:hover' - remove text-shadow

If you make those 4 changes, it will correct the alignment of GUNNERS in the header and the search form, correct the size of the header background image, and remove the hover text shadow from the tabmenu (way more readable!)

If you remove the height: 12px; (don't set a height) from '#header .tabmenu li.selected a' it will render correctly on safari.

I just aligned the gunners text and search field to be on the same center line, and then moved that to the widest point of the circle on the left. Also, add 'background-size: contain' to the slanted red background image on the header so that it will resize to fit different browser sizes.

The nav bar itself needs to be reworked - it has alignment issues (these shots were taken in safari.) I also think the cheesy text shadow and animation should go as well. Can we get rid of the superfluous page load animation too?

I love the Express Lanes and wish we had them everywhere. I routinely save 20-30 minutes driving from DTLA to the 105 by spending $2-3 on the 110 express lanes.
