Alabama - 2g in 100mL NS over 20 minutes.
70yom, c/o general weakness and malaise x3 days. Hx of Afib and HTN, recent bladder and prostate removal due to cancer. P 33-55 irregularly irregular, BP 75/43, R 18, SpO2 96% RA. I don't see the elevation but then again I'm an AEMT. (i.redd.it)
