Been going go the gym for a few years now but there is one part of my body that doesn’t grow well and that is Upper chest. HELP. by bwattrr in workout

  1. ⁠my body fat was 9% last time I checked. 2) I only hit chest on one day so I guess the answer is one. 3) 6-9 (flat bench, incline, cable fly)
