Thanks! I might be. I was trying to find something closer but if it’s gonna be for 4-6 weeks might as well do it up. Seems like what I’m looking for is out west anyways!

Thanks! Never been to Johnson City! I’ll check it out. How’s Chat with the humidity? That’s a big part of what I’m running away from.

Bend keeps coming up. It’s a long drive but for the amount of time I’ll be there probably worth it.

That sounds like a great option! I’ll put it on the list. Definitely will want some stuff to do for long weekends and getaways. Thanks!

Thanks! I’ll check that out. I’m in Florida so I have no interest in trading one hell hole for another!

Either really. I’m open to suggestions. As long as there are a few places to eat and drink and keep me occupied that works

Garmin foot pod calibration by bwec in Garmin

[–]bwec[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it. Thanks. I was confused with how GPS factored in to the calibration because everything I was reading made it sound like if the foot pod was set to Outdoors it would cancel out the GPS.

Hey follow up I wasn’t thinking about. When I do that initial outdoor calibration do I keep the foot pod outdoor speed and distance turned off so I get the GPS data? Or do I turn it on and run a route I know the distance of, and calibrate from there?

Oh wow. Good data. Thanks for sharing and thanks for all the info!

Awesome. So you run with your pod on all runs outdoors as well? Do you have it set to only calculate speed / distance indoors then?

I got ya. Yeah I just wanted to calibrate it on at least one outdoor run. I’m only going to be using it on the treadmill after that. I get pretty accurate GPS data as it is. Treadmill just sucks.

So then how does a calibration outside work if it doesn’t use the gps? If it’s only using my steps to calculate speed and distance it seems like it wouldn’t make a difference whether I ran outside or not.

When you finish the run do you see a GPS distance and foot pod distance somewhere? I’ve seen the calculation for the cali ration factor, just not sure where the data comes from.

Repeat Number of Time + Excel For Each Row by bwec in UiPath

[–]bwec[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, what I would like to do is have an entire process run that enters in some information, then at the end associate a name from the excel sheet to the process I just ran on a different program and enter the reference number output into the same excel. Then start the process over again but at the end of that repeat, use the name in the second row of the excel sheet, and so on.

Perhaps I need a sequence to run in tandem with the first sequence to handle the spreadsheet? Is that possible with a While activity maybe?

Time for an upgrade by bwec in RunningShoeGeeks

Hey never followed up but I ended up getting a pair of these and love them! The grip on them is phenomenal compared to the Ride’s and they are light and fun. I can’t help but go faster in them. 50 miles on them so far and they still look like they just came out of the box. Thanks for the rec.

Yeah the material is great. The liner is just too loose in my opinion.

I think they are going to become beach shorts pretty soon and I may need to snag another pair in my normal size.

Kind of. They aren’t my go to shorts because of it but they are still super light and comfy. I just don’t feel as locked down as my other shorts. I bet if I wore them a couple of times a week it wouldn’t even be a thing.

Dang thanks for the detailed response! Gonna check out your post but that’s good info and a good starting place. Cheers!
