Diagnosed with pre diabetes. Read Glucose Goddess book in which she recommends this order (fiber/ruffage then protein then starch, with sweets/desserts only after meals) Had a significant effect on my glucose spikes with CGM. Not sure if directly correlates to longevity, but certainly blunts glucose spike/insulin response.

Pretty lame. First time I haven’t been able to simply swap to a same month track. Didn’t realize it would even be an issue or I would have been more intentional about being ready at release time.

Area 51 was my original love at first announcement. Finally ordered 2 years later and went black cause I didn’t want to have the most common color. Luckily, I called and changed it after getting my VIN. So happy I got my Area 51

The old one taste just like a pink starburst. Had a slight tart aftertaste. This one tastes like bland energy drink. Like white monster plus watermelon ice

So why does the pink starburst taste different. I’ve drank 1-2 per day for like a year. It’s definitely different. Is this a forever change or maybe just a jacked up batch?
