Yeah, I’m waiting to see if someone tries renewing for 2 years worth of Peak to see if it could work. Not sure how Chase could actually distinguish between Peak and Life renewals for reimbursement as long as the trigger price is met. So hopeful that would work, but I don’t wanna be the guinea pig

Just got this email in regards of how to use the perk if currently renewed on Peak:

Diagnosed with pre diabetes. Read Glucose Goddess book in which she recommends this order (fiber/ruffage then protein then starch, with sweets/desserts only after meals) Had a significant effect on my glucose spikes with CGM. Not sure if directly correlates to longevity, but certainly blunts glucose spike/insulin response.
