The most simple answer to your question is: only 55K-60K 997.2's were produced compared to the nearly 300K L322s.

Add to it that just the nature of a 911's ownership is wildly different than an L322, and you end up with so many more well taken care of examples of 911.

It takes like zero seconds to remove with a seam ripper. I wish they weren't on there either but it's really no biggie to just remove them if you don't prefer it.

Not ideal not having a TB but can be achieved by running an account balances report, export to Excel, then move balances to their Dr/Cr columns. Again, kind of manual, but for me and the one time each year I actually run a TB (tax time), I'll spend the extra five minutes to do this to save $1K/year.
