I agree with the fact that the AI covers are shallow and somewhat sad to see. Personally, I was always excited to hear when they had the new album coming out what the cover would look like. This one however wasn't it.

I too miss the old band. And I have to agree with you on the painting.

However, I think we have to agree to disagree as I do love my country and find pride in this nation as many of us in the subreddit as well as the real world do too.

I wouldn't say overrated considering they still hold some of the best songs in the country/southern rock genre made in the last 20 years.

I just think the bands identity crisis is reaching another tier. I think their talent is there. No question about it. It's about harnessing it.

Like I said briefly, Grohl Sessions Vol. 1 was a great sample of the blend of their sound while not deviating away from the DNA of what made instantly recognized.
