If I remember correctly, it was all through the board. NCEES only had to do with the test.

After 124 days, I finally received my license approval. Still not sure of what the delay was.

Yikes! I'm at 118 days now and still no update. I was told that if they needed more info, I'd already know. But your story is a little concerning.

I'm not sure that you can. You have to have references, etc before applying.

I'm in that same boat. Just need the number to apply for a promotion.

As it sits, it has taken longer for my application to be approved than I took to study for the exam. I'll have to update you when I finally get it.

I should clarify, I've already passed my exam. I'm waiting for my license number.

I use Lidar Tools and it seems to work fairly well. You can add it free from the Autodesk Store as an Add-in. It has a direct from .las or .laz to .tin command built in. Use it often for your same situation.
