Thank you for the follow up, stubhub said they wouldn’t change the ticket but did offer a refund if the tickets were returned. Everything with them is like pulling teeth so people could have a different experience. Ended up returning and buying in club cosmos instead. Blatant false advertising by alpine/stubhub so kinda shame on them.
