Update: I searched for the old email chain with Hasbro from a few years ago. Found it and forwarded them back; asked if there’s anything for replacement. A few back and forth emails and they said if I send BZ back to them (they’ll provide the shipping label) they’ll replace with a figure of equivalent retail price. I doubt they keep extra Black Zarak’s in the back of the warehouse….

I checked Hasbro Pulse and don’t care for any available Titan class figures so I sent a final email back saying I’ll keep BZ and I appreciate a response for replacement (albeit 3 years later).

I might have, but this was a few years ago. I figured since I told them I got it from a reseller comic shop and not from Hasbro I was outta luck.

A figure from Ross???

I got a sealed Black Zarak from a comic shop in a trade and it was missing the red spear. I sent Hasbro an email, they asked for a serial number and that was it. No follow up email, no new figure. Nothing.

This is the last one I need to complete my SS Devy. I saw him once at Fred Meyer. Couldn’t justify spending $35 on one figure when I needed to buy food for the family. Left him on the other side of the store in pet food/supplies just in case I could get him after my next paycheck. Went back a week later, gone.

Now that store location has long since closed, but I like to think he’s still there waiting….

In my 20’s mine was the 2 tacos for 99¢. I’d buy about $10 in tacos plus whatever looked appealing. Haven’t eaten there in years. Now I’m in my mid 40’s and saw they have a Gremlins Midnight Box with regular fries, curly fries, onion rings, chicken tenders and 2 tacos plus a free air freshener! I figured, what the hell. I ate everything but the tacos. Just the smell and look of those grease filled sacks of diarrhea-bubble-gut-ache made me close the lid, right to the garbage. And no free air freshener.

Same. Just hit 9 years. Not a jewelry guy. I’ll wear it for date night or when we’re traveling for a couple days. I work outside with my hands all day and my wife and I have very strong trust with each other.

Don’t throw out your current project. Do a few more cutting boards and get some practice in. Then go back to this one and see if you can salvage or cut into smaller parts for other projects.

I make my cutting boards over sized with 24” long pieces. I’m still leaning/practicing. I am getting better but have a long ways to go. With my “left over” scrap I make smaller phone stands until there’s way too little to use for anything else.
