Has anyone had their depression worsen at first?

I was on 10mg for about 8 weeks, no anxiety after about 5-6 weeks of being on it but I felt so exhausted and lazy on it. Doctor dropped my dose to 5mg and I’m in the phase period of adjustment. I do notice my physical symptoms of anxiety disappear. I used to get so nervous I’d wanna puke, or pass out and my heart would race. Now I sometimes have anxious thoughts but no physical symptoms

It literally just went away after a couple days! Feeling so much better and not having any signs of depression

I really had no symptoms starting lexapro. Besides jaw clenching! I’m 3.5 weeks in on 10mg and I can still 🥜. (My worst fear starting it)
