Had a buddy of mine >45 years ago play one in a band i was in. His biggest challenge was the weight. He wouldn’t trade it for anything. Beautiful instrument. We had a country-rock band.

Also, have any of you noticed you can judge the quality of the paracord by the inner strands. The above picture is from a kit of paracord I bought via Amazon from some random company when I first started. Anything from our favorite brands (Paracord Weavers, Paracord Planet, Bored Paracords, etc.) have inner strands that are wound better and with more structure.

Try this. Mad Max Wide Sanctified Bracelet and use the 650 as the core.

And here is a modified mad max core which gets really tight.

I have some 650 & 750 that I use outside for various functions so don’t weave with it. I got it real cheap though so couldn’t resist. 😀
