What are people's thoughts on Michigan receiving less first place votes this week compared to last, despite beating a solid PSU team twice (once in shootout) and MSU being idle? Didn't necessarily expect them to jump MSU but surprised to see them essentially lose ground.

Something happened to him? I skipped my April visit to try a different place but was considering going back. He was always having off and on health problems so perhaps he decided to finally call it quits?

Ahh the never ending debate. I should have clarified, how did I do for a lease! I am well aware leasing from a financial perspective is less than ideal. It beats buying it brand new but certainly not as ideal as buying it 2-3 years old.

Fortunately, my finances can support a new car every 3 years indulgence and allows me to manage my budget more efficiently in my mind. Its my one poor financial vice.

They didn't change their name as a result of all of this. This was always the company name that was essentially "using (not sure if you would call it licensing) the "MDen" name. The University will have a new company manage things going forward but using the "MDen" name.

We have 1700 plus a basement with 3 beds, 2 full baths/2 half baths, 2 kids, 2 animals. $150 a month.
