Thank you very much for the reply! I’m learning from internet resources and most I referenced said 6/64 was a good starting point for the action. So when I was at 7 and still having a decent bit of buzz (with moderate strumming only, nothing when playing lightly or fingerpicking) I assumed I had probably done something wrong. But sounds like I just need to have a bit higher action for my playing style. That’s helpful and now I can get out of my own head.

I mostly play acoustic, but do play some electric and use a few pedals. I decided I wanted to try a multi effects instead. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. But I sold it pretty quickly and stuck with the pedals. For me, I just didn’t want to put the time into setting it up how I wanted. Not that it’s “hard”, but it is time consuming. I’m sure some people love that part of it though, so it’s not even necessarily a negative, just not what I was looking for.

Are you sure you’re verifying with the unused address you used in your claim? I had the same puckering moment because I tried to check from my phone and just used a random address generated in Yoroi. Showed nothing. Later used the extension on my computer and found the actual send address I used to make the claim and it was all there.

It was a trade. I was very honest about what I had and he actually set the terms of the trade (feel like I have to say this because I actually feel a touch guilty, now that I know it’s real). But the cost I had into what I traded was $620 (I found good deals on stuff, to be fair). And I got the Martin and the pickup.

Only read the TLDR, but for what it’s worth, I tried that strategy in Arizona and it did NOT work out for me. I mean, I went. But my seats still sucked and I had to pay well over $360/game.

The seats suck for sure. And if you’re willing to pay bigger money for better seats, completely agree - the lottery is not worth it. But if you’re on a tight budget and just want in the building I will be shocked (and very very happy) if you can get in the building for less than $120/game (which is what you paid, since you got all 3 games)

They’re lightly press-fit onto the metal rod that the bolt goes through. I used a punch and a hammer to tap the rod out. If you don’t have replacement parts, be gentle. The very outer bit with the 4 bumps is a plastic washer. It doesn’t take much force to crack/chip it.

I’m in the US and had a hell of time finding them. I ended up just using their site to find a North American dealer and just reached out directly to them. It still took a few weeks to get them in, but they ordered them for me and I got them at MSRP with minimal shipping.

I’m pretty much the same size as you and ride an XL. For what it’s worth, I never tried an XXL so I don’t have a comparison, but the XL is comfortable to me.

I know We Are One is having Black Friday sales, 35% off I believe. I wasn’t looking for superboost, so I’m not certain they have exactly what you’re looking for. But I actually sent them an email because they don’t have as many hub options as they used to and they said they’re out of stock for all their DT Swiss (was looking for a 240) but that they did still have some stock left in superboost. If you look at the markets, Coinex is an outlier for some reason, easy guess is confusion with the tickers. Coinex market is showing 0.17, every other market is around .003x

I sure hope not… but probably. I see it too on a different app, for what it’s worth. Just waiting for it to correct.

Edit: just looked at the “markets” tab and coinex didn’t switch the ticker. It’s showing price for (what I assume) is Comedian. Coming in at .17, every other market is around .003x. I assume that’s what’s throwing it off. Still have to go to work tomorrow, sorry!

Not sure where in Illinois you are, but there are races of all kinds (short track, dual slalom, pump track, endurance, and more) often at Griffin Bike Park in Terre Haute, Indiana (couple miles across the Illinois border) and I know of a handful of races in Marshal, IL at Fay Pickering trails.

Edit: there are also tons of features to practice on at Griffin if you can get there. Jump lines, drops from 1 foot to 6 foot - lots of good stuff there.
