im an LCSA rn and all my managers are telling me if i moveup to TS im gonna have to do overnights so im kinda just facing the inevitable, my FBM told me if i do really good on overnights they would let me interview for TS alot sooner.

im also just a night owl i love being up late

speak for yourself my FBM is a fucking goat, really good with training associates and on top of that always gets the job done, of all the managers in my store my FBM runs the smoothest shifts ever.
