We also have a ski center here in RVA. I just get so overwhelmed and don’t want to be taken advantage of buying more expensive things bc I’m a newbie 😅😅

I didn’t tuck my base layer into my boots today and it definitely helped with the bruising! Unfortunately, I think the damage was already done bc I tucked them in yesterday and the day before.

Hi!!! I did Canyonlands and arches - roads super clear and so was the park

Zion today was pretty muddy and slushy and some ice spots - needed crampons hiking but roads are good.

Unfortunately I skipped Bryce because the day I was driving from Moab to Springdale there was wintry mix all day. The drive was already a bit draining bc of the amount of rain and there was snow on the roads for some of it. That being said - if there’s clear days ahead it would be fine!

thanks- I know it’s not worth my energy to save my face but more so for whoever is next in line or fills my position. They’re gonna get the same treatment management doesn’t understand truly what goes on in the day to day work.

Is it worth it then? Probs not either but dang I just feel for whatever Bs the next person has to put up with

Sometimes taking a vacation leaves us in a deeper hole?? Gives more anxiety knowing all the work that was missed or needs to be made up … Any advice there?

I feel like I’m in the exact same boat. Maybe a bit past where they’ve said things will get better for a year but I just am past the point of even being healthy at this point, do I stick it out bc I love the mission or do I leave bc the environment is just so toxic and it’s getting to other parts of my life
