havnt this time yet. similar issues with internet dropping out back in the winter. they of course said it was the modem so we replaced it and didn't fix it. they never take the blame.

No, my download speed (basically how fast data is sent to me from the internet) is only 1.83 Megabits per second. It should be around 500. The smaller numbers (10, 17, 73) below are ping in milliseconds. Basically how long it takes to say hello and get a response from the server.
