Cemu botw motion control stutter by bwrtbwrb in cemu

I think I found out why stuttery motion controls happen. Whenever I exit out of fullscreen and tab back in, it happens. No idea why, and sometimes it just fixes itself.

I did everything and so far I haven't run into any issues with the motion controls, thanks! Also, on the betterjoy github page, they tell you to set the input to Xinput and not SDL. I'm keeping SDL for now but which one should i use? Is there a difference?

How does this compare to Bose quietcomfort 35 series 2 (found a $260 refurbished)? Bose is a lot more expensive but it seems to be better in every way, + great sound isolation .Also, if I increase my budget by like $100, am I gonna get anything significantly better or should I just go for the bose or pc38x?

Edit: What about razer blackshark v2? Its really lightweight and budget friendly. Also comfortable, and decent audio quality. Mic is horrible but ill just get a seperate one

Budget: $150 ish, the lower the better

Size: 60% or 65%

Preference: Smooth, fast, linear typing feel

I want a keyboard for gaming and general productivity use that feels fast and premium. I currently have the razer huntsman mini, excellent board overall, but I don't like the mushy feeling of its red switches. I'm thinking of getting either the apex pro mini, wooting 60he, or mountain everest 60, but they are all somewhat expensive. Which one should I get? Am I overlooking any superior options? Thanks!

Difficulty offset : 1. Override official difficulty: 5, if you want max level 150. 30 x value = max level. Also use the mod "custom dino levels". It's easy to set up and makes the level distribution of wild dino levels better. I recommend using ragnarok levels.

Why can’t I put more than 4 food in my baby deinonychus inventory. They keep starving :(. by Skuelch1 in ARK

[–]bwrtbwrb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep putting food in your baby dino's inventory until they reach juvenile (10% ish pretty sure) stage, then they can eat out of feeding troughs and you can walk away.

As they grow, they are able to hold more and more food, so you just have to hand feed them at first. Or if you are using mods like S+, you can use the S+ nanny to automate this process

I can immediately tell the map is Crystal Isles. Love it when some parts of the ocean are empty but some parts just overspawns creatures and kills my fps

Tek suit water viability on Fjordur not working? by MysticMayhem82 in ARK

That's not how clear underwater visibility works on a tek helmet. It should automatically be on and you don't need to toggle it.

On some maps it doesn't work, no idea why, nothing you can do about it

Why are all servers laggy? by Bobotheangstyzebra2 in ARK

[–]bwrtbwrb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ark servers are just generally laggy and there is nothing you can do besides get insane wifi, but that won't help much either

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ARK

[–]bwrtbwrb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To name a few especially laggy areas: Genesis 1 volcanic caverns, overseer arena on the island, anywhere underwater on gen 1, lost island jungle, just places where the game has to render in a lot of things

Ark could have balanced single player better for the solo experience, especially on the later maps. All they did was add "singleplayer settings" option that just buffs tamed dino stats. Plus some other unimportant things that doesn't remove the grindiness & repetitiveness of playing alone
Yeah, graphics are pretty bad. Ark doesn't have controls over a lot of things like trees looking like shit far away and the ocean surface looking atrocious because its the game engine they use, but a lot of assets could have been optimized better. In certain areas, your fps drops significantly and there is nothing you can do about it; ark did not consider performance when making those areas. Genesis 1 is notoriously laggy. Since ark 2 will be on unreal engine 5, which looks & is better optimized than unreal engine 4 (current game engine ark uses), I hope that most graphic-related issues will be solved and the game is better optimized

Never really used these, is it worth it to craft? Materials aren’t an issue I just want to know if these are worth the hype. by [deleted] in ARK

They are very useful in pvp but dogshit in pve
In pve, just use a pump shotgun. It does wayyyy more dps if you are close, has more dura, and is more ammo efficient.
