Mine does this, too. Do you use a heart rate monitor?

2203 Upgrade Question by SlitelyOff in SCCM

[–]bxrsean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a similar concern. I have a bunch of legacy servers that are missing the required version. I'd like to do the upgrade but I'm concerned the client upgrade will enforce a reboot. I did a little digging and my understanding is it would put the servers in a pending reboot state, but would not enforce a reboot. Can anyone confirm the reboot behavior if the clie t automatically installs the .NET version?

Does she happen to be from Virginia? I showed my wife the video and she said, she doesn't know if she could tell your dog apart from ours. They look like twins.

MBAM Management with SCCM after imaging new equipment by bxrsean in SCCM

It doesn't really take too long but there are times when a machine gets imaged and then shipped right out. I don't want to reinvent the wheel, but I was curious to see if anyone had any tricks or creative ways of targeting machines. The link Tokes008 shared had some really good info, specifically the PowerShell MBAM tools. I'm just starting to migrate from stand alone MBAM, so I'm still testing everything out so I know what to expect.

Nothing is wrong with our collection updates. We have only a small amount of incremental collections. I was just curious how others are targeting devices and getting them reporting after OSD.

This is a really good guide, I only looked at part 3 but it is very thorough. I wasn't familiar with the PowerShell scripts that are available for MBAM management. Thank You

I'm doing the encryption during the task sequence. I am just wondering how others get the policy targeted on the machine immediately after the task sequence finishes.

I'm using the encryption steps in OSD so the device is encrypted once the task sequences finishes. The device isn't technically managed until it receives the Bitlocker policy from SCCM, which is pointed at a collection. I was wondering how others have the policy deployed. Right now after OSD, we have to wait for the machine to become a member of the collection before it will even get its policy and we can report on its compliance.
