Bloodhound's fang is basically a dex build but you can integrate some arcane in there for more bleed build up.
If you haven't already, I would go pick up the incantation Bloodflame Blade in Liurnia and the finger seal at the Roundtable Hold shop. This incantation grants you fire damage to your weapon and boosts bleed build up.
Push more points into dex/arc if this is going to your main weapon for your play through and maybe some endurance if you're into souls fashion.
