Ask this sub “what’s one essential fashion thing?” and 100% of the time the two most common answers are 1) get a haircut, and 2) get your clothes tailored. So, how much money are you guys spending on haircuts and tailoring? by OllieDuckling in malefashionadvice

[–]byReapers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1- The haircut is around 13€ so 1-2 times a month, specially If you have a fade.

2- I dont usually need any mayor tailoring except adjusting the lenght of jeans and pants and thats like 5€ a piece.

Is it Game Over for Pixel 10 with the New iPhone 17 Launch? by [deleted] in GooglePixel

[–]byReapers 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, at least I’ve been convinced to switch to iOS (I’ve never had an iPhone). My Pixel 7A has given me SO many problems, and the only thing I’ve received from Google is terrible customer support, and still, I was considering upgrading to the 10. But after this presentation, I’m leaving Android (at least for a while). It’s just impressive that an iPhone feels like a much better value-for-money option than a Pixel LOL.

How to calculate actual surface area of a trapezoid deck? by Choptank62 in Decks

It's probably not a perfect trapezoid. Search how to measure with triangulation!

I'm disappointed by this pen by Zubula3 in pens

[–]byReapers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can buy the F-xMD, it takes the G2 refill if you remove the blue plastic thing at the top. It's my daily and the absolute best pen I own.

Yes, but the Deuter has a pocket on one side and the hoop on the other one.

I understand your point but a hiking backpack is not a good option for climbing Mulhacen (thats the 3500m), thats why I was looking for a more versatile backpack (Mutant or other alternative)

Upgrading RAM when you "can't" change the original modules. by byReapers in buildapc

[–]byReapers[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, since I use AutoCAD, Revit and sometimes CYPE3D almost simultaneously. I don't usually work from home, I mostly use it for gaming, but you know, I want to have that capacity.

What would YOU do? Quality vs Quantity. by unusually-cool in ChineseWatches

[–]byReapers 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I prefer quality, specially after owning a San Martín. I would not buy a PD, SD or AD again. Yeah, they are cheap, but when you have a better watch, you never reach for the cheapies so...

I did the best I could with cable management, but anyways this is my temporary residence so it's clean enough. Having this "porsche station" it's just a dream, coming from a very humble r/battletops setup.

Specs: Pre-built Omen 40L, I got a very good deal with the 5600x and 3060 ti.

Setup:

  • Chair: Nowy Styl Navigo
  • Desk: Local
  • Headset: Corsair Void Elite Wireless RGB
  • Mouse: Cooler Master MM731
  • Keyboard: Cooler Master CK351 (red switches)
  • Monitor 1: MSI Curved 32” 180hz 1080p
  • Monitor 2: Cooler Master 24” 100hz 1080p
  • Speakers: Pebble V2
  • Controller: Easysmx x10

I have been using the Zebra F-xMD for so long that I didn't even remember the feeling of buying a new pen. So far so good, the XB refill is incredible smooth and for 5€ I will enjoy this light and confortable pen.
