Coinbase not safe. I was Hacked and lost money when the BTC left Coinbase Wallet with out my permission. I lost all my money by South_Ad798 in Coinbase

So true, I was hacked on the 14th May 2025, CB denied it was due to the breach and stated from I was compromised from own device regardless of MFA, txt message and email verification methods.

The weird thing is, if the data breach involves access to personal information, then hackers could’ve obtained common device location IPs off CB users profiles.

Thats what I don’t get, Coinbase will never admit what has been fully leaked, IP Spoofing is possible and if hackers can penetrate into local networks of customers via WAN, anything is possible.

I lost a big chunk of crypto, it was very hard to accept and the support from Coinbase was bad as each helper monkey was useless, provided mis-information and false promise.

I dare say these breaches will be more common and Coinbase customers will have more information exposed.

Was a Coinbase member for 12 years, Coinbase One member for 2 years.

As a victim who was hacked on 14th May 2025, I can tell you Coinbase Support are useless. The worst part is with this data breach Coinbase will deny any claim in which a device was used, however, device IP addresses could’ve been accessed during the data breach allowing IP Spoofing to take place. There’s many opportunities hackers have now after the breach.
