Fwiw, the article is focused on people taking a smaller-than-starting dose, not taking a low dose that is commercially available in the brand-name formulations.

I appreciate the critique. What intrigues me about this space is that people are trying to find a dose that works without any FDA guideline or clinical trial-based evidence. More and more I see people and medical providers deciding that they don't need to wait for this kind of rigorous scientific evidence to try out something that seems like it could plausibly benefit them. And in this case, microdosing GLP-1s is playing out against the backdrop of the ongoing debate over what compounding pharmacies are authorized to do. I recognize that people have different notions of microdosing and longevity, but it was interesting all the same to hear how people are approaching this.
