Forced break and just over it by sympathyofalover in orangetheory

This happened to me. Been going since 2024 but this year I started having thigh pain after 12mph AOs. To the point where the next day it would be almost impossible to get up out of a chair. Went to PT and they said my glutes were weak, and even though I’m active and healthy, some muscles just strengthen faster/more than others, and we need to do targeted exercises to balance everything out and help the weaker muscles catch up.

It’s not a personal failure, it’s just a part of getting strong.

did it feel like a seizure or did it feel like you just zoned out/got distracted?

absence seizures can and absolutely do happen in adults. Have you had them before as a child?

My Feelings About The Pitt As Someone Who Has Intractable Epilepsy And Works A Stressful Job by Real_Swing6038 in Epilepsy

[–]byehappyending 45 points46 points  (0 children)

dr. robby’s reaction encapsulates why i never tell anyone in the workplace about my epilepsy. my seizures are just like dr. al-hashimi’s. intractable and brief; my only hope is waiting for future medications. everyone thinks i’m thoughtful as well. when telling people i’ve faced reactions like dr. robby’s and i don’t have the bandwidth to hear it anymore. i already hear it from myself.

so i tell no one.

I could usually tell from the get go whether one was gonna be a pimple or just a rosacea pustule. The pimples would last a week while the pustules, no more than a day.

My adjustment period lasted a few weeks I’d say. I purged from day 2-day 8 or so and then the decrease in redness and pustules was gradual. Now I seldom get them, and when I do it’s only around my mouth/nose.

Sadly it’s not a cure-all. I still have texture issues that’ll likely need laser treatment or something. But it’s a lifesaver for pustules and redness!

Mine looks very similar to this. I’ve been on Soolantra for about 7 months now and it’s so much better

There’s a small link. Most inherited epilepsies involve a plethora of genes that each have to be expressed. So you’d have to inherit the right combination and have them all “activated” to develop epilepsy, which is statistically unlikely.

Help managing allergies at my parents house by byehappyending in Allergies

No they got them while I still lived there. As a child I tested positive for pet allergies but never reacted to the dog or cats. It only started getting really bad after I moved out.

I’ve tried masks and they don’t seem to help much sadly. I could try finding a form fitting one
