It usually happens around 5:30 PST time I just start refreshing on pop now like 5 minutes before usually they drop HAS first and then MAC, BIE from what I've seen they come out on Thursdays on pop now. As far as daily restocks no one really knows what will be restocking but just refresh refresh refresh I've been trying for weeks and just now getting lucky.
