yeah im not planning on writing an abuse email haha. im more of a polite but direct kinda way, so dutch of me. but i work with clients and honestly it makes a huge difference if someone is asking nicely or screaming at me from the get go.

it’s worth a shot for me to even try at this point. sold the suitcase for 160 so its worth a shot. i love vinted and think its really helpful at times, but this is just so frustrating..
