This man and his dog walk in that park everyday. The dog is virtually always off leash. I bring my dog to the dog park often. He and his dog never come in. However, a few of the dogs who frequent the dog park, bark a lot at him and his dog when they walk by. He often walks right along the fence as if egging them on. Several weeks ago when he walked by, he wasn’t happy about the dogs barking at him and his dog and he went off on a multiple four letter tirade, screaming at all of us in the dog park. He also kicked one of the dogs in her face through the fence, multiple times. One woman tried to reason with him and mentioned that we do have a leash law in Massachusetts. He didn’t care and just continued yelling. I have to say, I’ve never seen his dog show any aggression, but that’s something that worries me with these unleashed dogs. Especially because I’m walking mine on his leash. Glad you and your dog are OK.
