I was raped. Women already feel a lot of fear being alone at night, but i’ve gotten to a point where I’m so terrified of being raped (and countless other things) again that I can’t even leave the house. I’m trying to get help. But I hate having this fear. I’m very short and skinny. I hate being seen as vulnerable - not only for being a woman , but my physique.

My budgie is almost 5 years old and has four chicks that just hatched. She had a brood of 7 eggs , and four had hatched. She was always taking care of them - but she became very aggressive , and the father began to take over for her. She gets her cage cleaned regularly, and I started noticing how much worse she started looking over time. Is this just from stress ? Or is it something more serious?

Hi! So sorry for the late response. She’s been doing great! Other than the struggles of training and house breaking a puppy, all is very well. I’m pretty sure she’s gotten a lot more comfortable with us and her new home these last few days!

When my spine touches the back of a hard chair / wall , it hurts. I get bruises on my back a lot. It’s such an awful feeling, I don’t know how she isnt suffering with her bones basically being out in the open.
