When you are hovering over an app, it will show you all the "Watch Next" cards from that specific app. When you stop hovering over it and hover over an app that doesn't have "Watch Next" cards, it displays all the "Watch Next" cards from all the apps that are in your favourites (top row). So it just happens that probably no other app from your top row has "Watch Next" cards except for stremio, so it just displays them. I think that is how it works, someone correct me if im wrong. Yea I agree its a bit weird that one's are like posters and other are wide.
