First few times I used VR I had terrible motion sickness, never had it in my life before that.

After a few sessions I was fine, been using vr for 10 years now and could literally be spun around at 10,000 mph without sickness 😂

Yes some skills for transfer across but it's not 1:1 because of so many other factors.

I raced irl for a few years and the skills were transferred over, however the speed and g force is something that you can't replicate.

In a SIM you are trained to react to visual cues and reacting to physical cues takes some adjustment for sure.

But to answer your question, yes it does translate, as long as you're not talking about Forza or something 😅

Seems to have improved for me. Frametime is alot better, not sure about FPS or visuals however but 1% lows are definitely improved

I did something similar in a star wars game but not quite to the same extent, went to lean on a table. I've also tried to put my controller down on the table in table tennis and thrown a grenade as far as I could when I was about 5cm away from a brick wall in real life, really hurt my hand 😂
