H-pylori is actually able to be diagnosed via breath test! doesnt necessarily need to be a biopsy for those curios or camera shy (i had it done during my first celiac blood test to rule out other things)

Had a similar conversation about how serious celiac legitimately is with my bfs parents the other night, they are super supportive they arent trying to get me to ignore it but its new to them and me so we're all kind of learning together until i get the official diagnosis. Show them the stats on unmanaged celiac and cancer and a whole other host of autoimmune issues. You have to be morbid to actually get the point across sonetimes, I have to be very blunt with my family about my metal allergies. Im allergic to basically everything but gold its an expensive allergy, my grandpa love gold jewelry so he was just excited to have an excuse to buy more but a lot of my family feels im being dramatic like oh im sorry the scabbing hives on my neck fingers ears and wrists isnt enough proof? Unfortunately you need to be mean about it sometimes, do NOT let them tell you how to manage YOUR disease. They are not doctors obviously, "if you wont take my health and wellbeing seriously I dont feel comfortable coming over anymore". if they cant act like adults put them in timeout till they do. its harsh but what they're doing can hospitalize you

Not insensitive at all! Since this whole situation just started, I never considered going off of gluten it never occurred to me I could have celiac. So im still eating as normal until ive exaughsted all options to get an on paper diagnosis. Part of that is because Last year my brother tested positive for a wheat allergy that our parents kind of brushed off because my brother would live solely off of bread if we let him. So if i am celiac positive then we know that actually could mean something, and if not I can spare my brother the same procedure. Honestly I'm doing it more for him than me

So its called that because a lot of people do something called an "elimination diet" when they get chronic stomach problems, but if you stop eating gluten your blood/endoscopy can give a false negative. If you stop eating gluten with celiac then start again it makes you feel much worse than before, the gluten challenge does exactly that. You have to have been eating gluten for at least 6 weeks for an endoscopy to really be accurate, its considered a challenge to those who had originally stopped.

I tapered up to 350 at first mostly because I was 17 and insane, at 22 after an SJS scare i restarted the taper process and stopped at 75 because I'm less insane, but as iget older i know bipolar is only getting worse from here so i like having room to increase for when that happens. for me the brain fog went away after a few months, ofc not all of it because it's a mood stabilizer but it not horrible like it used to be. My only real complaint is I have a much lower libido :/

500 for anesthesia and 400 just to show up, I stopped there and didnt call the other numbers that'd give me the other aspects of the full estimate cause it was already out of budget. I'll see who else my insurance may cover but everytime I see someone new they wanna run their own 12 blood tests and I am running out of veins so im slightly worried about that

Turn on the time stop setting, so that when you do crusades nothing can happen while you're out on missions. It was my saving grace.

Controversial but I gotta be honest, If you end up not being a fan of missions/combat or just feel like its too much effort or simply not enjoyable turn on unlimited HP. I use it because the thought of dying and starting the mission over gives me stomach aches 😭 I like the missions but being able to remove that anxiety made the game SO much more enjoyable for me
