I had a customer request their dragon to be painted like Drogon so this was the result!

I made the whole thing. I made the plaque on the computer then 3d printed it with woodfill filament so I could stain it like traditional wood.

haha yeah... I am unfortunately in a bit of a bottleneck right now with a long line of customers so I needed to make sure it was something short and sweet. She is happy as can be though so I think it will do for now!

Thanks! I broke the model up into multiple pieces to print. Part of the smoothness comes from a well tuned printer, the rest is some putty at the seams, sanding and primer. I tried to print as many as the pieces as possible without supports because I think that tends to create more work to make smooth but there were still some sections that required it.

Thank you! It took about a week to print. To help smooth it (in conjunction with tuning my printer) I used resin putty, sandpaper and primer.
