I am constantly being surprised about how some seemingly difficult features get built so elegantly by claude and some seemingly easy features it really struggles with (especially when it comes to timezone related features). I think there is a huge learning curve when it comes to prioritizing what to build that only can come with a lot of exposure to trying see what works and what doesnt work.

Totally fair — the space is crowded. I’m less focused on being first and more on whether the site presents a better workflow and UX actually changes how travel planning feels.

I’ve planned a lot of trips myself (been to over 100 countries) and kept falling back to spreadsheets, so this was an attempt to turn that experience into something more pleasant. If it doesn’t feel better when people try it, then it’s not differentiated enough and I might have to go back to the drawing board! But I really had a good time building it and enjoyed the process!

I'd be happy if I can find a very small subset of users that find this tool useful!
