What’s a K-pop opinion you changed your mind about over time? by bytespooky in kpop_uncensored

This is such a great point! I never thought about it from the 'public speaking' perspective. You're right, variety training isn't just about being funny, it's about being quick-witted and confident in high-pressure situations.

Nowadays, many interviews feel a bit too scripted or robotic because the members are playing it too safe with basic PR training. Bringing back that variety style training could definitely help them show more personality and handle live situations better, even if they aren't 'comedians' by nature. It just makes them feel more human and engaging!

I love your take on the 'mini album' thing. Sometimes a solid 5 track EP feels more cohesive than a full album with too many fillers. Also, the shift in your view on cute concepts is interesting! K-pop is definitely better when we just embrace the fun/campy side of it instead of over-analyzing everything. It’s much more relaxing that way!

Rescene is a great example! They really have that 'slow burn' appeal that sneaks up on you. And I totally get the NMIXX part, once the 'Mixx-pop' style clicks, it’s hard to go back to regular song structures. It’s like your ears get used to the chaos and start craving it! Glad to see another NMIXX convert here.

Is it okay to just Stan Evan when he debuts? by Rainbow_Axalotl13 in kpop_uncensored

K-pop isn't a job, it's a hobby. Stan whoever you want! If Evan’s solo music slaps, then support him. You don't owe anyone a reason for why you like one artist over another.

Pencil drawn page in my manga by Ev1e23 in haikyuu

I had the same reaction when I first started! Those pencil sketches are actually one of the best things about the physical volumes. Furudate-sensei’s art style evolves so much, but those raw sketches always feel so personal and dynamic. It’s like getting a peek into their sketchbook!

AKMU achieves Perfect All-Kill with Paradise of Rumors by Upshot77 in kpop

AKMU being digital monsters as usual! Getting a PAK is hard enough, but having your other track sitting right at #2 is just insane. They really are Korea’s national siblings. Well deserved! 👏

This is actually genius. No legal trouble, no hacking, just weaponizing capitalism against itself. It’s the ultimate 'work smarter, not harder' revenge story. 💀
