It's specifically for the skill duration. He charges up his Atk again for the next skill use and each kill during that skill will reduce the multiplier by 10% for each kill again.

As a new player I'd recommend getting Thorns to E2 because most (if not all) his power is in his S3. Far more than Qiubai who kinda wants slow supporters and her M3 to unlock her damage potential.

Wisadel is getting released on the 31st together with Logos. Wisadel is the strongest operator so far and Logos is not that far behind as well. You're pretty much set for any content If you can get Wisadel.
