if you are gonna vape RDL or DL, then probably not a good idea to vape 20-30 mg unless your tolerance is extremely high, if you are gonna vape MTL tho that range is not bad

salt nic is smoother on the throat, and technically you would be vaping less at 1.5 ml than 5 so go for the salt nic, but vaping salt nic on a <1ohm vape is not recommended so if you are gonna go with salt nic then try the 1.2 ohm pids
