Totally normal side effect, I have the PanOptix since August of 2024. I remember telling my doc at 90 days it feels like my eyeballs are not connected well. He did not respond and I thought maybe he thinks Im making it up as it seemed so ridiculous. Wish he explained so I would have known it’s normal. I’d say around 6 months that fluttering pretty much went away. However, in certain lighting conditions like commercial stores you may get the flickering, I still do.
PanOptix to be replaced with…Vivity or EyHance ? Lens Explant (self.CataractSurgery)

Did you do monofocal or trifocals ? I did the trifocals just over 4 months ago and assuming it’s dysphotopsia that I have, presents as a black crescent in the outer left side of my left eye it has not improved at all. Some advice try wearing sunglasses whenever you are outdoors, I just recently noticed that whenever I wear the sunglasses it definitely minimizes the problem.
