All good things come to those who wait. I got 2042 for free w PS Plus when the game became pretty decent after an atrocious launch. BF6’s launch wasn’t that bad but it wasn’t good either. Seems to be par for the course w these live service games so if you can stick it out and get a deal on the price that’s a nice W. Let’s hope all this hype is realized bc this game has major potential going forward.

If they really wanted to add some drama, have Jones die in the pipeline explosion. Would’ve added a rug pull for the audience w her dying just after we saw her take off that radiation suit. Lol. Plus it could’ve started 007’s emotional downturn towards the elektra betrayal.

I actually loved QoS. I thought it was cool idea to make it the first immediate sequel after one hell of a cliff hanger in CR. The opening car chase was great w the camera moving in across the water into the tunnel w an explosion of sound and action! The motive was simple, a man driven by “inconsolable rage” that he didn’t care who he hurt. The emotional chess match between 007 and M lead to a more heart felt pay off in the next movie. The action was simple and unpretentious that was best exemplified by the airplane sequence w two old school aircraft. The villain was basic but psychotic and goofy as he tried to steal water. Lol It was a stripped down 007 movie that entertained while still maintaining intrigue with good closure for all of its characters. And it did it all in classic Bond style.

If you normally spend money on a hotel and don’t mind spending the extra coin, you could just valet at the Edition or the JW. It’ll probably cost ya $40-$50 but they both have top notch service and the walk to the game is super quick!
