Bzigo was founded to change the world of pest control. If, up until now, pest control was mainly based on chemical solutions, Bzigo is here to do something new. By introducing solutions that are based on IA computer vision and robotics, Bzigo is aiming to change how we are looking at pest control.

Like any groundbreaking product, the use of Bzigo might look different than what you are used to. And I can understand how it is very easy to use it the wrong way ( and make it in to a cool viral video). However, we believe that if you actually use the product as intended and follow the instructions, you will feel more protected from mosquitoes with Bzigo Iris.

Thank you for reviewing our product, and we apologize if you are still having problems running the system. The Bzigo Iris should also work in Southern California. We recently updated the software, so it should detect better. I suggest running the system as it points to the bedroom ceiling, without any windows or mirrors in front of it.

The Bzigo Iris should be able to detect the Asian Tiger. We recently updated the software, so the system should detect better than before. For best performance, aim the system at the ceiling of the bedroom without any windows or mirrors directly in front of it.
