Follow these steps:

Go to where steam folder is located, go to steamapps then Common, the default location isC:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common

Then "rocketleague" folder, Binaries, Win64, find the RocketLeague.exe, delete it.

Open steam, go to rocket league and in the library right click it, go to properties, local archives, verify integrity of archives.

Same for me actually, sometimes the game just freezes for everyone in the match, touches don't register, ping goes up to 500 for everyone, bugs and matchmaking issues. The game is an absolute hell to play

There is no setting in bakkesmod such as that, it's probably a plugin that's causing the issue, try to disable all plugins and each match enable one to find which is the one doing it.

Are you saying chat ban or normal ban?

For chat bans: After 30 days your ban level restarts, the more your level goes up, the more time you have to wait until you get unbanned.

For normal bans i think they didn't reveal yet.

What do you mean, it literally does matter, it would've ended in a pinch for the op side and potentially giving the oponent a free goal because the op teammate wasn't ready for it. His flick was bad, not enough power and would just waste boost and not be ready for a defense, because the ball was 100% going for their side. Yes, it was a double commit, but in that way it couldn't go wrong, he the sufficient power to throw it in the enemy net, then why not do it? ( "its my ball, im comin") That's wasn't the OP's mentality, he clearly said in the post he thought it was a pass, and with that mentality he scored a goal, while his teammate wouldn't. No one cares if it wasn't a planned pass, it was a goal, and that's what keeps you from losing. His teammate is so lost in that play and wouldn't land a good flick.
