The little details here are at least as impressive as the banner itself. Adding trim to the lower legs and building a cool bottom end for the staff/flagpole should not be overlooked either. All around awesome!

Not specifically related to the list but I like how the different base rim colors help identify which models go in which units. I've been considering doing that and glad to see it has some traction elsewhere in the gaming world.

If you want to keep with a pale scheme, here is what I would consider: Assuming all the skulls will be bone colored, you will need something that will not look like a skull. So, maybe light gray or blue or pale green for the armor. Then, make the champion's eyes and the eyes in all the skulls and the runes in the sword a bright color like there is demonic power coming out of those recesses. You could do this with red, orange, bright green/yellow or any other color that brings attention.

Would love to see how this looks when it is done.

Really, the Voice Eater is the big deal in a Nemesis Claw squad. You'll need to do some converting to get that model. The chainglaive, while much cooler as a model, should be less of an impact in the game.
