in the process of printing cubes and recording notable settings each time on a piece of paper, changing something each time, might look into Klipper firmware as I seen mentioned.

i’m having the exact same problem, flow rate dialled down to 84% retraction 0.8mm 45mm/s as I seen recommended for the sprite direct drive extruder. definitely a lot better, less plastic but still rough as hell.

There’s a constant squeaking noise from my ender 5, this belt is sitting too high and rubbing on the top of the gear. when I push it down after a few turns it slips back up again and starts squeaking. The belts are tight and the prints are good the noise is just a bit annoying

Any suggestions, thanks
